Return Policy
Overview
Due to the low cost of our products, we do not accept returns. However, all of our Quizboxes are tested before being sent out to ensure quality. If, despite this, you receive a defective Quizbox or paddles, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue. Please note that you will be responsible for covering any shipping costs and, if necessary, the cost of replacement parts.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Order Cancellations:
You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped. Please note that any credit card processing fees will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order.
Defective Items:
If your Quizbox is defective, please contact us via the Contact Form to discuss the issue. We will work with you to find a solution, but you may need to cover the shipping costs for the repair or replacement.
