Return Policy
Overview
Due to the low cost of our products, we do not accept returns (exception: see “Defective Items” below). However, all of our Quizboxes are tested before being sent out to ensure quality.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Order Cancellations:
You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped. Please note that any credit card processing fees will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order.
Defective Items:
If your Quizbox or paddles arrive defective, please contact us via the Contact Form to discuss the issue. I’ll provide and address to mail defective items to, and once I validate the defect, I can either then refund or repair and replace the defective item. Shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.
